How is my data stored?

Your recordings and notes are stored in an impersonal form.

All notes are encrypted, at rest and in transit. The encryption keys are kept in a separate, secure repository, and using them requires a multi-step validation process.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — normally, for as long as you have an account with us — unless a longer period is required by law.

When there is no longer a legitimate reason to process your information, we delete or anonymise it. If that is not possible right away — for example, because a copy sits in a backup archive — we store it securely and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
