Letterly does not print or save Word files itself. Open the note and tap the copy button, then paste the text into Word, Pages, Google Docs or any other app you like — and print it from there. You can also use ⋯ → Share with to send the note straight into that app.
Open the note, tap ⋯ → Share with, and pick the app. To send every new note there automatically, connect Letterly through Zapier.
Open the note and tap ⋯ → Export audio. On Mac and Windows you choose the folder yourself; on iPhone and Android the file goes to whichever app you pick in the share sheet.
Letterly records through the microphone, not through your computer's audio stream. Put the device where it can hear everyone, and use speakers rather than headphones so the other voices are picked up too.
What is the Meeting mode? · Can I record a Zoom or Google Meet call?
Dictation works in any app, Word included. Place the cursor where you want the text, start dictation, and speak.
Exactly as anywhere else — dictation is not tied to particular apps. Once it is set up, it works in every app with a text field.
Add the Letterly Keyboard once, and it is available in every app that has a text field — Messages, Mail, Notes, your browser, anywhere you type.
No. Dictation works in the iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows apps. In the web version you can record notes and work with them, but there is no dictation button.
Open Settings → Dictation, click the current shortcut, and press the new combination.
