Dictation switches to Letterly

When you dictate into another app, you may see it briefly switch to Letterly and back. This is a technical limitation of how dictation works between apps on iOS — it can't currently be avoided, and it's the same for everyone.

If it becomes possible to remove that switch, we'll do it and make dictation even smoother.
