Check subscription status
Open Settings → Current plan. You will see your plan, the renewal date, and where the subscription is managed.
Just below, Letterly Account shows the email you are signed in with.
Your plan only appears if you are signed in with the same email you used for the purchase. If it still says Free, see I paid but my account shows Free.
Bought on our website?
Manage everything in the subscription portal. Sign in with the same email you used for the purchase — otherwise the portal will not find your subscription.
