Delete a note
There are two ways to delete a note.
Option 1: Open the note
- Open the note and tap the ⋯ menu.
- Choose Delete this note.
Option 2: Use the notes list
- Press and hold the note in the list.
- Choose Delete.
Deleting is permanent. The note, all of its versions, and its audio are removed and cannot be restored.
Archive instead
To move a note out of your way without losing it, open the note, tap or click ⋯, and choose Archive. Archived notes are kept and stay searchable.
Delete a single version
To remove one rewrite and keep the rest of the note, use Delete this rewrite in the rewrite menu.
